Here are some pictures from a dive in Fort Wetherill last weekend. It’s Ed’s open water class.

I can’t even believe this is the 5th time I went to the annaully Boston Sea Rover Clinic. As usual, the pictures and films are breath-taking, the people are as nice as you meet them on the dive boat and most importantly, the story is as inspring as always.

In terms of inspiring, the footage from the Ocean Men left the most impression on me. The footage shows the story of a coming movie about two men challeging the world record of free diving. Yes, free diving beyond 300+ feet is astounding. But I believe the true love for the sport is for the ocean – the eager to become a part of it.

Another story surprised me is the WKPP exploration of Wakulla Spring in Florida, led byCasey McKinlay. I couldn’t believe these divers stay in the water/cave for more than 20 hours and finally set the world record.

Looking around in reality, we just want more of inspring people/stories to exist.

Here is a video I made from Florida Trip. It’s pretty much just the underwater pictures and clips. I didn’t orgnize the pictures of the trip from last year (2006). I plan to make one including my three trips. That way you may have better idea of what’s going on of diving in Florida.

I got home safely. Thanks for Ning to have me stay in Orlando. It’s such a wonderful time to spend Christmas and New Year in my dream place. I uploaded all the pictures from the Florida Trip. However, I didn’t get time to put the discriptions for each of them – I will do that later on. Here are the links:

I made 4 dives today – Spiegel Grove, Benwood, City of Washington and the South South Ledge. Spiegel Grove is really cool. I have been thinking this dive for a long time and finally made it. I have dove the others several times. They are still cool. I uploaded pictures to Flickr. I will stay in Key Largo for another day but will head to West Palm Beach again tomorrow night.
