I uploaded the pictures from Key Largo of yesterday. Although this is the third time I dove the same area, this is the best condition, which is supprising at this time of the year. The visibility is well above 50 feet. You can see from the picture. At the City of Washington, everyone had a great time with the jew fish. He loves playing with people. But I got a pretty bad sinus infection and I didn’t even dive this afternoon. I am trying to get some sleep for tomorrow’s diving. After that I will head back to Orlando. The new year is approaching. Wish you a wonderful start!
I made 4 dives today – Spiegel Grove, Benwood, City of Washington and the South South Ledge. Spiegel Grove is really cool. I have been thinking this dive for a long time and finally made it. I have dove the others several times. They are still cool. I uploaded pictures to Flickr. I will stay in Key Largo for another day but will head to West Palm Beach again tomorrow night.
I am in Panera Bread, taking the advantage of the free internet. I made the first dive in West Palm Beach. Normally the condition at West Palm Beach during the winter season is pretty rough. But today it’s very calm – I can even swim to the boat on the surface. The temperature is 80′s. I can’t believe this is the winter. I was in Ning’s place in Christmas. It was so much fun at Downtown Disney. A lot of people, a lot of things to do and lots of great food. I have some pictures from Orlando @ flickr.

• Liangfang, Lili and I had a wonderful Sushi buffet before we headed to the outlet for some Christmas shopping! The food is so good and the shopping is fun!
• I just finished packing and will leave to Florida tomorrow. I will be in Orlando for Christmas and New Year. I will spend three days in West Palm Beach and two days in Key Largo for diving.
When I woke up this morning, I can’t believe my car is again buried by the snow. Again? I was thinking. This has been the third major storm within the past two weeks. Looking outside from the window, I can see piles and piles of snow everywhere.
The situation got worse during the afternoon when it turned into freezing rain. Rain water was trapped on the road everywhere because of the snow. This is really hard for people. Everyone has to jump over the snow mountain and try to avoid the mud water pond. When the cars pass by, they splash water all the way to the sidewalk. Everything is covered with snow. With the dark weather, it’s like the scene you would see in a video game or a safari in the middle of African grassland – in the rain season…
